With an extensive career dedicated to assisting over four thousand clients, I've observed a universal need for holistic life support. Many, including myself, have faced life's challenges alone, navigating through trials and errors in the pursuit of understanding. The journey of "figuring it out" can be long, often leaving individuals broken, hurt, and isolated.
In my experience as a Black Belt Life Coach, I've encountered clients who have explored various avenues, including counseling, therapists, and psychologists. While respecting these fields, many have expressed feeling stuck and not finding the value they sought in traditional clinics. The distinctive impact of sessions with Black Belt Life Coach becomes evident as clients describe it as a life-changing experience unlike any other.
My mission is rooted in serving others and shortening the learning curve. Our sessions focus on self-discovery, providing practical solutions and actionable plans. Edward Garcia is an accomplished entrepreneur, personal holistic life coach, Black Belt martial arts mentor, disciplinarian, proud husband, and father of seven children on Earth, with two in Heaven. He is also a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Mr. Garcia has obtained certifications and training in various areas, including Psychwire - Motivational Interviewing, NAMI - National Alliance on Mental Illness, PCCI - Professional Christian Coaching Institute, The Love Approach - Heartbeat International, and Rachel's Vineyard - Post Abortion and Miscarriage Support, to include his own extensive personal life experience.

Throughout his career, Mr. Garcia has successfully managed three top Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, he has dedicated seven years of invaluable experience as a catechist for young adults and has selflessly served in various ministries, generously giving of his time, talents, and treasures.

Having achieved his black belt in Goju-Ru and Shotokan Martial Arts. Mr. Garcia combines his passion and expertise to Coach, inspire, teach, and help move individuals to unleash their full potential, purpose and understanding in the most difficult areas in their life. He accompanies his clients on their journey, ensuring their success. A well-known catchphrase he employs is "Master Self!" as he believes that one of the most formidable opponents individuals face is themselves.
